Registration Fee Payment
It is essential that one of the authors of the
accepted paper pay the registration fee to participate in the conference and for
including it in the conference proceedings. Registration fee payment can be
done online. The payment can also be done by mailing the filled-in registration
form along with the demand draft for the registration fee. The registration
form can be downloaded from the website. Non-authors participating in the
conference also have to pay the registration fee.
Registration Fee Structure
a) Industries and Professionals: (USD 400) Rs.5000
b) Faculty from Academic Institutions: (USD 300) Rs.2500
c) Student Participants: (USD 125) Rs. 1000
d) Non-authors: (USD 250) Rs.2000
e)
Accompanying Person: (USD 100) Rs.1000
Authors
can submit and present a maximum of two papers with the above registration fee.
Authors who are desirous of submitting/presenting more than two papers may note
that the above registration fee schedule is also applicable for every two
additional papers. Student participants have to produce a certificate of
student status from head of the department.
Registration
fee will cover the conference kit, proceedings, working lunch and refreshments
at the conference venue.
